  • What is DTG?
    Full color, photo-quality images are printed directly onto your t-shirt on both light or dark colors. Direct-to-garment technology allows us to print thousands of colors with NO set-up fees required as with traditional screen printing. This technology also enables us to offer this service with orders of just one! But, of course you can print more.
  • What is screen printing?
    Screen Printing is the age-old process of squeezing ink through a stencil. You can print up to 10 colors, including full color simulated process. Set up fee's may apply & additional print colors and print locations will add cost to the shirts. The more shirts you order, the cheaper each shirt gets. (24 PIECE MINIMUM)
  • How Do I decide Digital or Screen print?
    For cheap custom printing on your bulk t shirt order, one-color screen printing is the cheapest way to have your tee shirts printed. However, you can still do your multicolor bulk printing on our digital t shirt printer.
  • I have artwork I downloaded off the internet!
    When stealing images from the web, JPG'S and GIF'S are the 2 main types of web page image formats. It isnot possible for anyone to reproduce these web based images exactly. On a computer monitor these images appear crisp and clean, however, when they are enlarged for printing the end result is lousy looking, bumpy, dotted and pixilated image.
  • What kind of file do I need to print?
    Images or files for your design should at least be 300 Plus dpi. Supported file types: all such as: Ai, pdf ,png ,eps, jpg & psd.
  • What materials produces the best results for digital printing?
    To insure the best printing results APW uses 100% cotton printing materials.
  • How many do I have to order?
    For most artwork ready files, you can order just one item and ship in 24hours.
  • Can I provide my own T-shirts for APW to print?
    Due to the process of DTG we must be sure the shirts are met to our standards for the best results so, we are unable to receive customer supplied garments for DTG.
  • Can I Provide my own Garment for Embroidery?
    Yes, however they must be NEW garment(s) or WE WILL NOT PROCESS .
